If I could give Dr. Kerrison zero stars, I would without question. What a terrible experience. First, as a physician you should NEVER belittle a patient in your office, making them question their intelligence. Doctor lied directly to patient and is now actively avoiding patient not to mention apparently advising or at least allowing his receptionist/phone answerers such as Heidi and others to hang up whenever trying to contact doctor to find out why patient was lied to.
