In 1996 Dr. Kelly reconstructed my ACL. At that time he told me in the future I would have trouble with my knee (arthritis) do to the injury. In 2008 I saw him for the arthritis, he advised me to try taking glucosamine/chondroitin. It worked. In July, 2017 I saw him again for the arthritis. He administered a shot of Cortizone which has worked so far. I believe he is an excellent surgeon and doesn't rush to surgery when not needed. I ski, hike, and bicycle with no problem from the ACL.

I would never recommend CT Orthopeadic Specialists. I had the worst experience with the billing dept which affected my view on the practice as a whole. What medical professional asks for your ins info but does not verify your plan? Before seeing a Dr. you go in for X-rays then after 3 X-rays you see the Dr. and you "bruised" your knee. Maybe, if I seen the Dr. first I wouldn't have needed all 3 X-rays that were not covered. Went back and forth numerous times and I'm still unable to resolve.

Fantastic doctor, and an excellent surgeon. Good bedside manner, and at the top of his filed, particularly when it concerns knees, and/or shoulder injuries/ailments.
