Dr. Jones is a very caring doctor. He actually listens and isn't dismissive of your concerns. He takes the time to answer any questions. He doesn't treat you like a number and doesn't rush you out of his office so he can get to his next patient. In my opinion he is the best primary care doctor out there. And he gives the best hugs.

I always feel comfortable with Dr. Jones. I have been seeing him as my primary doctor for many years and always trust his medical expertise and plan of treatment. He is an extremely caring doctor and, although always professional, he has a great down-to-Earth sense of humor as well. This office has an online system where you can access your lab results or email your doctor or an office member and they've replied quickly despite being a busy office. Dr. Jones and rest of staff are great.

Doctor Jones is an excellent physician. Truly caring and compassionate as well as a great treatment provider. Doctor Jones has won the Patients Choice award 5 years in a row. Seeing him for about that long myself I understand why - he takes the time needed, really listens and follows best treatment practices. The practice itself makes patients feel like family members.

Dr. John Jones has excellent professional manners and is very easy to talk to him and he actually listens. He will take his time with your appointment and is very knowledgeable of his medical expertise. I only wish he was associated with a hospital should I need to be admitted. He is and has been my primary physician for approximately 11 years, is the best.

Before I start, I do like Dr. Jones ... But extremely hard to get an appointment with your primary doctors, regardless if you are in pain. They will refer you to the FT nurse, who's not that knowledgeable and will defer to an available doctor. Getting blood tests. Last 3 times... Forgot to check me in! waited 40 min. until they realize. Last time, ask me to go in the waiting room, while nurse was arguing with co-working for 35 min., no other patients, then realize, Oh, I forgot you! REALLY!

Dr. Jones is a very personable doctor who is easy to talk to about any medical issues. He is thorough with his questioning and labs. His references to specialists have been of extreme high quality. Although a part of a large office group, Dr. Jones makes a visit feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Jones as a primary care physician.
