My Mother is a patient and I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Hughes/Dr. Rema from her. I brought her to an appointment and the woman at the front desk (not Kayla she was friendly) was so rude. I told her I am going to speak to the women and she begged me not to because it would be harder to get an appointment. REALLY???? Reading the reviews there are many of the same complaints. If you hate your job so much find another one. People that come here are people that are in pain and are lookin

My experience with Dr. Hughes has been life altering. He detected the cause of my balance and gait issues within a few short weeks of testing. Treatment was effective within 48 hours. He has given me a new lease on life. I have also found the staff to be professional and helpful.

This is a wonderful doctor with horrible staff trying to get them to answer the phone is one thing but you are lucky if they don't hang up on because you are upset about trying getting an appointment. I have never had such a bad experience , and have now switched to a better managed office with a professional staff that cares. so if you cant get through it is really not worth it until he hires new staff.

Dr Hughes is wonderful, if you can get an appointment. He's been treating my wife for years but in the event of an emergency - good luck. And don't get me started on the two ladies who work for him - rude doesn't begin to describe them. Unfortunately migraines come on and can make living difficult so timely care is key - Dr Hughes staff doesn't seem to have a care in the least when it comes to trying to help in any way possible. It's unfortunate..

I was given Negative lab results when the results actually camr back positive. It was clearly orinted on the paperwork. I became very ill. When I switched from his office my new dr started me on the meds for a condition that had been left untreated for almost 5month by Dr. Hughes
