John Hickox, MD, MS specializes in pediatric ophthalmology and eye muscle disorders in children, and general adult ophthalmology. He completed medical school and his ophthalmology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. He also completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at Nationwide Children's Hospital and Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is an Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. In his free time, Dr. Hickox enjoys spending time with his wife hiking, skiing, cycling, and working in their yard.
