Dr. Harris is a nice person however the “customer service” aspect of his practice is dreadfully woeful. Call backs are almost non-existent.

WE have had him for about 8 yrs and although he moved further west and we moved further northeast, we aren't trading him in! His staff is excellent. He has diabetes specialist in office and the receptionists are very friendly. Besides being knowledgeable and providing excellent medical care, he has a great personality and laughs at my husband's stupid jokes. He's a keeper.

I am a new patient of Dr. Harris, and would highly recommend him. The staff was very friendly, and helpful Dr. Harris took the time to visit with me, answer all my questions, and I never felt rushed. The results of my exam and blood test were in the CHI Portal the next day, and the receptionist made a follow up phone call to confirm the test results.
