I completed my medical school training at Dartmouth, residency at LSU, and my pediatric fellowship at UT-Dallas. I am completing many of my elective spine surgeries minimally invasive which provides many benefits to patients where surgery is recommended and needed. I had Lbp for a long time. Dr. Gachiani took time to explain the condition / procedure. He did laminectomy in 2 hours and no complications afterwards. He is very understanding, caring and above all he knows his stuff well.
