Dr. care was good. However, they charged my insurance $275 for a 3 min scan and didn't let me know that there would be an additional fee before they did it. So when I questioned them about the fact that they didn't charge me the first time for the same scan and prior docs didn't charge for it, they said thanks for notifying us, we will now charge you double the amount. With a high deductible, most of it comes out of my pocket. This office blindsided me and it's reprehensible.

Dr Fracchia needs to retire. I came to him with prostate cancer symptoms and left two years later with stage 4 cancer. He broke the news to me over the phone and seemed annoyed by all of my questions. He was anxious to get off the phone. His biopsies were torturous compared to the one I had previously with another urologist. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review of a doctor. Do yourself a favor. Pick another doctor.

Detected bladder cancer early and addressed it. Procedure was with very little pain and no post operative issues. Follow up cystoscopy was done skillfully and with minimal pain and bleeding. Overall he saved me by detecting and dealing with the cancer in a timely manner. I also have a history of prostate cancer in my family. He is vigilant on that front as well. One of the best
