I fell about 4 yrs. ago and tore my Rotator Cuff... I came in to se Dr. Flint, in Extreme Pain... my should was X-rayed... and he told me that there was nothing that could be done for the pain... and sent me home... I returned 2 more times and was told the same … I put up with pain for these last few yrs. now have had MRI, (which Dr. Flint never ordered, I am needing surgery because the Pain is unbearable... I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone...have had many hrs., days and months of Pain because this Dr. did not take it a step further...

He was pleasant and explained my options re. treatment. When I decided on the course of I preferred, he was gentle and injected my wrist with cortisone. I had had pain for 4-6 weeks prior to my visit and within 2 days following his treatment, I was totally pain-free! He gets a full 5 stars from me.

I really like Dr. Flint. He is very caring and an excellent surgeon. His staff is also very professional &'helpful. He recently removed a ganglion cyst from my pinky finger. I was given the choice of being awake for the procedure, which I chose to do. He was great. He numbed the area up and I felt nothing during the surgery. Very little pain after the surgery. His staff returned my call very quickly. Everyone at Flagstaff Medical Center was also very professional.
