Sleep study performed & lab work in February. Now being billed for lab work as “not medically necessary”. Office manager/coder will not call back, so I can make sure wrong medical code was not applied (despite 4 calls & 2 letters in last 3 months) requesting call to clarify. VERY POOR office manager!!

He was condescending and arrogant. Interrupted me several times. No sign of a sense of humor. I asked him what I could do to prevent this from happening again. I had been wheezing for a month. His answer, "don't get sick."

My mom was Referred to see Dr. Flesher for lung issues she’s been having for a year. She’s seen a number of Drs and specialists. No one has had an answer. We went in for a consultation today and his Nurse was awesome. Great mood, friendly environment. Dr. Flesher came in and was asking questions to which my mom was answering very straight to the point. We were a little frustrated that Dr. Flesher didn’t receive a full medical profile for my mom to have all of the resources he needed to make a diagnosis. He accused my mom of being rude, having attitude, deflecting/ not answering questions, He then proceeded to argue with my mom, my grandmother, and myself about the reason behind our frustration and stated numerous times that “Having an attitude/being frustrated wasn’t going to help anything, and it wouldn’t help us get an answer.” We have a 4 y/o and a 2 month old with us, childcare can be stressful. We left his office with no answers and a terrible experience. We will NOT be returning.

I love Dr Flesher and his PA (she might be a NP I'm not sure.) Dr Flesher is a caring and friendly doctor who cares about his patients. His PA is equally considerate of her patients. He does have one nurse who is a b***. Scheduling with Dr Flesher was horrible because of the scheduler not because of his schedule. But he has just opened up his own office called Sunflower Pulmonology and I am hoping that it will be easier to schedule appt.
