I strive to treat patients the way I would like my family to be treated.
Born in Winchester, KY and attended George Rogers Clark High School (Clark County). Graduated in 1968. Graduated from Georgetown College with a B.S. and went on to attend University of Louisville School of Medicine where I graduated in 1976. 4 year residency program in OB-GYN from 1976-1980 under Dr. John Queenan, MD. I've practiced in east Louisville since 1980 primarily at Norton Suburban Hospital where I had the privilege of delivering the first babies in 1988 (set of twins) as well as Baptist East Hospital. I am a member of the American College of OB-GYN (ACOG) and became Board certified in 1982. I also am a member of the AMA. I also received a Master of Science Degree in 1976 in the field of Physiology and Biophysics. My research was in "membrane transport" and still enjoy being involved in research.
I have sat on the "Board of Trustees of Georgetown College" as well as their Foundation Board. Many of the babies I have delivered have gone on to attend Georgetown College. I also received my private pilot's license in 1978 and have thoroughly enjoyed the aviation field over the years.
