I've been a patient at this clinic for several years. The staff is always very friendly and professional. Dr Duffy is fantastic and the hygienist is the absolute BEST. I drive over an hour to get there cause they are that good! :)

I am very pleased with his great work and his wonderful staff. Dr Duffy is knowledgeable and very genuine. I switched to his practice after being with another great dentist for almost 20 yrs, so my bar was set pretty high, and he has met it quite fast. Staff is always friendly, they have availabilities that work with my schedule, and their billing is always smooth. they get a 5 star from me.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Duffy for just over a year. We are so pleased! He is thorough, gracious and gentle. His hygienist provides excellent cleanings and Mrs. Duffy, who attends to scheduling and billing, is wonderful to work with. We recommend this practice highly!

I really enjoyed my dental appt. with Dr Duffy. He spent a great amount of time with me explaining & answering my dental health questions. You can tell he loves his job & his patients are very important to him. Highly reccomend his practice.

They are good about being on time, and it something such as an emergency patient requires a wait they're very good about communication. Pleasant staff and clean office. They know their stuff and don't try to upsell -- a big plus to me!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Duffy and the staff at Pringle Creek. Dr. Duffy does fabulous work and genuinely cares about his patients’ needs. I’m extremely happy with the restoration work that he is doing for me. His assistants and office staff are so friendly, they really help create a welcoming and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Pringle Creek to anyone looking for a new dental office.

I have been seeing Dr.Duffy for a few months now and it has been so great! I was seeing someone close by that he puts to shame! Their customer service and knowledge is far above the rest. I have been so impress that i have referred two people now! If you are looking for somewhere to go for dental or just somewhere to go get your teeth whitened this is your place!!

Prior to Pringle Creek Dental, I had only been served by 2 dentists here in Salem, since 1971. Both of them were long term commitments, and very satisfying/professional. I do not like changes in my health care providers! Both retired on me. Happy to say, with these initial 3-4 visits now to Dr. Duffy, I am confident I will be getting the same high quality care and treatment. His staff are enjoyable to work with, very responsive to my interests. I unequivocally recommend their business!

The staff are thoughtful and organized. I have had wonderful experiences with this office. The doctor provided the most comprehensive exam I have ever had at a dentist! They are funny and welcoming, I love this practice!

The receptionist was warm and friendly. The waiting room was clean, warm and comfortable. The wait time was short. The dentist was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. I have a fear of dental procedures but Dr. Duffy put me at ease. It was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Duffy defines "family dentistry", I don't know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist, but once you walk into the office, you're FAMILY. I'd be surprised if you found a more compassionate health care provider, if you do, please leave a review and let me know!

I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Duffy. In the past I have had a terrible experience at the Dentist and Dr Duffy has helped change that. He is incredibly friendly, efficient, and genuinely cares about each person that comes in to see him. Even with discouraging news, he provides many options and shows sympathy to his patients. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.
