Martinsburg, WV |
Dr. Draper is a great doctor. There is no doubt about that. The problem I have is that you will wait in his office to be seen about an hour past your appointment time. This is a consistent issue. Clearly they over book. The staff are not friendly. One of the medical assistants is plain rude. When you are in the medical field you need to present a caring face to the patients.

Dr. Draper is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. His staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is extremely long waits in the waiting room. He seems to schedule multiple patients to arrive at the same time and that makes for long waits for patients with uncomfortable diagnoses. That said, even with the long wait, I would return to Dr. Draper again and again.

I clearly told the doctor that I had severe reactions to prednisones yet he gave me a Cortizone shot in my knee which causes severe reaction when I called his office the nurse told me they had never heard of such a reaction yet it is all over the web I don't understand Why a doctor would give you something that you're allergic to and do nothing about it. I also found out he has been sued for times
