Amazing Dr.
I was very nervous about getting a colonoscopy until I met Dr. Cunningham. The whole experience was great, and he walked me through the entire process which put my mind at ease. I am grateful that I was introduced to Dr. Cunningham through my wife. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Cunningham, and definitely not putting off a colonoscopy.

I’m not one for trying every possible conservative treatment when a diagnostic procedure is necessary. I appreciate him taking me straight for an endoscopy and which let me know where I stood. He did, however, offer all the conservative care options if I was interested. He will tailor treatment according to your needs. That’s how I treat patients in my practice.

Very likely.
I went for a simple colonscopy. Dr. Cunningham found that my colon had a problem with my diverticulitis. Now I will need surgery. Glad he found it. So happy this problem was found. Dr. Cunningham took his time to explain the problem. He was friendly and I felt comfortable with him. Good doctor.

Dr. Cunningham, twisted a GJ tube which is a NO due to causing a kink in the tubing and preventing nutrition from the tube. All medical journals report tubes should be replaced every 3 - 6 months Dr. Cunningham will say every 4 years when they are breaking down.

My husband saw Dr. Cunningham for unexplained weight loss. Dr. Cunningham ordered CT scans, but it took his office 2 weeks to fax the orders. We finally got an appt for the scans, only to be informed today that the scans were denied because Dr. Cunningham did not perform a thorough workup before ordering the scans. So now we get to start over, but it won't be with Dr. Cunningham or his incompetent staff. Would I recommend him to a friend? NEVER!!! I gave him a one star rating only because it is required to submit the review.

1st "visit" was on the phone due to COVID. Though the call was short (consult for a C-scopy), he was very patient in listening to my questions & answering them. I left feeling better about the unpleasantness of the upcoming procedure. At the procedure, I still felt good about having chosen him. I've even already recommended him to a friend.

My visit on the phone with Dr. Cunningham was very good. He asked me what was going on, I told him, and we figured out a plan. I would recommend Dr. Cunningham to anyone. My primary, Dr. Gaytan, had me go to him but I also found out a good friend of mine has been going to him for a while and she thinks he's the best.

Due to the Lockdown, Dr. Cunningham and his nurse refused to lower their masks so I could understand what they were saying. I have a hearing definition problem Therefore, i gained little information during my visit. Dr. Cunningham did write out the over the counter meds I am to take which helped. I hope that with the stool test, there will be some more light shed on my problem

I was very pleased and grateful to have the chance to visit with Dr. Cunningham as he calmly listened to my symptoms and provided sound advice and guidance on what would be the best next steps for us to take to resolve my issues. I was also pleased that Dr. Cunningham took into consideration of health benefits and what procedures might be covered and a back up plan if a certain procedure would not be covered. The staff is very pleasant, professional, and helpful.

I had a telehealth consult with Dr. Cunningham. He came highly recommended by my primary care doctor. During the consult, he was friendly, professional, astute and listened intently as I explained my health situation. He was very thorough with answering my questions and spent a good amount time with me, not finishing the call until I felt comfortable with the information provided. I also appreciated him giving me options for ways we could approach getting answers regarding my health issues. I trust I am good hands and feel comfortable moving forward with the diagnostic procedures he recommended. His office staff called quickly to schedule and they were also friendly and professional.

I am at high risk for colorectal cancer due to DNA and family death history. I have a colonoscopy every 3 years and this experience was by far the best. I have had the procedure 6 times now. I recently moved to Hill Country and this was my first colonoscopy with Dr. Cunningham. I was in and out in about 1 and a half hours.
