Just cancelled my appt. after waiting more than 30 minutes with three other patients waiting to see Dr. Craddock. Second time this has happened. Good Dr. but plan on spending a day of your time waiting. Me...no, I will find another ENT.

ZERO BEDSIDE MANNER. Actually told me that my casually told me voice may be paralyzed for life and left the room one minute later. Zero desire to help me and just refereed me to someone else. Narcissistic jerk- please avoid going to him.

Truthfully, John is better suited to his former professions: Politics and stock broker than to medicine. He is an intelligent borderline narcissist. Shame on the otherwise good docs at the former Rosewood ENTs for bringing him into their practice and starting the debacle that ended up selling out to (not merging with) Texas ENT, easily the worst run, patient ignoring medical practice in SE Texas. Stay away. There are a number of much better, more caring ENT. ZERO STARS.

I have been going to Dr. Craddock for 15+ years, he's always done a great job, I've always been happy to will continue to visit. Yes the wait is sometimes long but that's certainly Dr. Craddock's fault if you understand physician practice management.

He leaves you waiting for an hour everytime. He does not explain and warn about what to expect after surgery. He overcharges before surgery and doesn't pick up the phone when you call for reimbursement of excess pay. Horrible experience in general and not polite, leaves you with a very weird feeling after every consultation.

Even with an appt., I waited 1.5 hours to see him. I asked the staff about the wait and they were extremely rude (so I suspect this happens often). Once Dr. Craddock came in, he was very talkative and self-absorbed. I felt he treated me and my situation too casually. After some basic testing, he didn't know what to tell me. He guessed I had Meniere's disease (which is VERY serious!) and asked to see me in 2 weeks. I researched it and discovered I had a simple ETD, curable with decongestants.

Very nice in person and staff is kind and professional. But he drops the ball on follow through, everything takes a week longer than it should, even in the middle of discomfort. No urgency to actually diagnose problem or quickly restore health, just follows the process.

Both my husband and I were regular patients of Dr. Craddock. Thank goodness I have been well and have not needed to see him until today. My father is critically ill and we must fly out tomorrow crack of dawn. I called the office and actually went to the office to beg to be seen. My ears were clogged and I have the beginning of a sinus infection. There were two other patients in the waiting room, one who was just fit in. They refused to see me I sure helped him out when he needed a vendor 11th hr
