Love Dr Conway BUT I’ve left 4 messages over 8 days to schedule an appt and no one has called me back. Their excuse- short staffed, out if the office last Monday and Tuesday, etc. Had to call UTSW to get another dr recommendation.

Operated on my knee twice and it's worse than before he operated. My knee wasn't that bad before he operated, but my patella tendon feels like it was attached wrong or it has scar tissue impeding the movement. He had two chances to do it right and failed. It even gets irritated when I ride a stationary bike. Four years and it only seems to be getting worse. Looking for another doctor to fix his mistake.

My son had elbow issues and we were recommended to Dr. Conway from our regular doctor. Turns out he had a fracture in the growth plate of his throwing arm. Dr. Conway explained several options for us and we decided on injecting PRP into his elbow - no surgery. After the procedure and some follow up visits, the healing process was shown through x-rays. He was released to start a throwing program in August, 2017 and just wrapped a successful baseball season with no pain. No surgery was big!

Dr Conway is very thorough and explains everything to ensure we understand. Shortly after reading an elbow MRI, Dr. Conway insisted that a Tommy John surgery was required to repair some damage. We felt pressured to get it done ASAP. We got other opinions and he ended up in rehab for 3 months. After 6 months the elbow is stable and velocities are increasing above previous benchmarks. It'll may eventually require a surgery, but our son decided to wait. Rehab was a better short term choice.
