Dr. Caplan is an exceptional doctor. He is the rare combination of expertise and personal warmth. He truly cares about his patients and treats them with respect and dignity. His subordinates obviously think the world of him and they make a wonderful team in both surgery and routine office visits.

Mom and I have total confidence in Dr Caplan in the short time we have seen him. He is the nicest person, explaining everything in detail and answering our questions. He is very good with older people.

I have no say in his doctoring skills but his people skills is terrible. Treated us patients with zero importance. Did not even listen to the problem I was having.
