Dr. Burgess has no basic social skills. He does not greet you, he talks down to you, and has a sarcastic manner. This is also the behavior of his nurse. When my husband and I asked for our respective pathology reports, we were asked why we wanted them and Dr. Burgess told my husband he wouldn't understand them. A blood pressure cuff was in the room and my husband asked the nurse to please check his blood pressure so he could compare it to home readings. She refused. We will never return.

Dr. Burgess lacks proper bedside manners. He never introduced himself when he entered the room, lectured me for using a tanning bed over 14 years ago for several minutes, never asked about my sun & skin care procedures now, didn't ask any questions to understand me better. He prescribed medicine that costs $200+ & would take several weeks plus a follow up instead of a simpler less costly procedure. I am NEVER going to see him again and will be getting a 2nd opinion. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!
