Long-standing patient poor quality of care
I have been a long standing patient since 2011. In the past I felt the care was good and the staff listened in the last year the care has not been good. The PAs are rushed to see patients in 15 minutes and do not listen or conduct good exams . The documentation by the PA is not accurate and conflicts with information provided. Then the information is not relayed to Dr budd correctly . There has been a high turnover in staff. They push all complaints off on multiple consultants and then argue about consultant opinions. I have two diseases and they have become hyper focused on my rheumatoid and then have ignored my lupus ! My records are a mess! One note says I had my Covid booster and the next note says I refused the vaccine another note says I failed a drug I never took .. my feet joints have not been checked in over a year and I had to demand to be sent to therapy because I can’t walk and my gait is off ! I won’t return to this chaos. I spend hours coordinating my own referrals

I have been a patient with Dr. Budd and Beatrice Bernhart, PA-C for nearly 10 years. They have always been thorough, attentive and friendly. I like the tag team approach, with exams from both the PA and the Doctor. Its like getting a second opinion for the same price. Both Beatrice and Dr. Budd always listen to and address my concerns. I never feel like I'm being rushed through my visit. Nearly every visit is followed by a trip to the lab down the hall to ensure everything is going well and there are no problems caused by my meds. I'm also a patient at the infusion center and the staff there are great too!

Michael, his PA was very nice and helpful. I had to wait forever to see Dr. Budd, who just repeated what Michael said. I will not be returning.

Works with physician assistants frequently. Dr. Budd does not have great bedside manner, but his physician assistants and staff are very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make this a place that we enjoy.

I made and appointment with the doctor as a new patient. I got a phone call reminder about my appointment with the Physicians ASSISTANT. I called and asked and apparently all appointments are with the PA... THEN you get to see the doctor. That is not right. I canceled my appointment. Had they told me I would not be seeing the doctor, especially as a NEW patient, I would have never made the appointment.

I have been seeing Dr Budd for 8 years now and have total and complete trust in him and the rest of his staff. Also. They are always accomordanting and will fit you in if you have an emergency come up. They I have referred 6 other patients in this time who all think he is great! I have found all of his staff knowledgeable well beyond Rheumatology alone. They have also been without fail extremely sympathetic. I would not switch doctors even if I had pay all the fees out of pocket!!

Gave my father chemo drugs then dismissed him as a patient that require blood work montiering and have many side effects. He was given no blood work and now has drugs he is supposed to keep taking without dr supervision i dont think so. He has completly stopped taking the drug now and any adverse reactions he has i will hold buds office accountable for giving him this drug without blood work refilling his script and dissmising him. That is reckless. Reporting to medical board.

Most unprofessional office ive ever entcountered. Do not get to see dr. Bud forced to see his PA sarah who has about as much maturity as her children you are forced to hear her talk about. Office never runs on time even though as you sit waiting in the office lobby while they run twenty to thiety minutes behind you can see signs displayed all over stating that if you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged. They have no concern for their patients time.
