Dr. Binns is very knowledgeable and experienced. But most of all, he is a kind, caring man. He always listens to what I have to say with total focus, answers any and all questions I have, and follows through without hesitation. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor they can count on any time.

I have been going to Dr. Binns since I moved to Sarasota in 2000 and he has been fantastic. I have lived on 4 continents and find Dr. Binns and his staff to be first rate, compassionate and they always do exactly what they say they will do. They also accept just about every health insurance plan under the sun.
