I came in to see dr badylak after injuring my knee. He was very thorough and was able to be very personable in giving me my options, answering any questions I had, and making sure I was comfortable as far as understanding the diagnosis. I will be returning and potentially getting surgery to prolong the need of a total knee replacement, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice to see him. (Mind you I've even seen and had surgery with the dallas cowboys orthopedic surgeon) ????

Dr. Badylak is an awesome Doctor ! I fell and dislocated and broke my shoulder. He was so fast and very caring taking care of me. I have full use of my arm and shoulder with no pain. I would definitely use him again. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Badylak is a very personable surgeon. Very good bedside manner. I had a botched knee replacement by another surgeon. Dr. Badylak went in and had to do complete a revision. Several years later he replaced my left shoulder. No more pain. I have severe arthritis. Need to have my other shoulder done and will travel to Ft. Worth to have him do it. I highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr. Badylak for an on-going shoulder and knee problem for about a year. I could not be happier with his bedside manner and professionalism. He actually takes the time to listen to my concerns regarding my shoulder and does everything he can to help. He chooses not to put me through surgery and offers every alternative to help with my problem. He is awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic doctor. ??
Dr Badylak has taken care of me on a couple of occasions. Most recently I had some issues with my knee which he took care of. My knee hasn't felt this good since high school. Dr Badylak is personable. Has great concern for his patients. He makes you feel like you're his only patient.

I had a total knee replacement. And Dr Badylak did a wonderful job !!! Wonderful bed side manner. He also repaired my Dads fingers he cute off. My dad cute them off sawing. The dr was able to put his fingers back on. We are so thankful to him for helping my dad. He also had to repair my dads knee the next year. We think very highly of Dr Badylak !! He was in Abilene at the time. And now that he's in Fort Worth area we will gladly make the miles to come see him when needed ! Thank you Dr Badyla

Waited for 45 minutes for a 3 minute appointment for him to tell me what I already knew "you have a fracture in your shoulder". I WAS TOLD THIS IN THE ER. Follow up in 4 weeks THEN a possible MRI for a possible rotator cuff tear on top of the fracture? What kind of quack is this? Seemed more interested in making money off of surgeries after overhearing his conversations with other patients. Unbelievable. Any normal person knows that an MRI is needed to see the extent of the damage.

Avoid him at all costs. Seriously. He did surgery on my shoulder (torn labrum) & he LOCKED IT in place. For 6 months he kept telling me i just needed more PT. I finally went to a diff't surgeon who scheduled me for surgery right away. After surgery my new dr came in & said "You know how when you were under anesthesia for the surgery? I should have been able to move your arm any direction, right?" I replied "yes." He said "I couldn't move your arm at all. It was locked down." Dont use Badylak.

Dr. Badylak treated our son for his broken arm. We decided to use Dr. Badylak last minute after a bad experience at a pediatric network and he was able to see our son the same day we called. We couldn't be happier or more pleased with our son's treatment plan, office visits, or outcome while under his care. Dr. Badylak and his staff are simply wonderful people. A truly knowledgeable and caring practice and we were so blessed to have them caring for our child.

Quality care and diagnosis. Had the severed tendon in my hand repaired quickly after the accident. Very professional with a great staff and an all around nice man on top of it all. Highly recommend.
in Abilene, TX |
I had a very complicated knee surgery that was about 4 procedures in one. It was also a correction from the the first surgery I had 12 years ago when a different surgeon made my knee worse than it was before. He answered all my questions and made me feel very confident in his work. The best part is I never felt rushed in my appointments. He was there for me.
