I have been a patient of Dr. Ayre's since about 2000. In 2005 it was time to have the right side knee replaced. The surgery went really great. A few years later I moved 90 miles away, but I still made the occasional trip back to see Dr. Ayers for shots for arthritis in the ankles and left knee. Recent checkups show the right knee is still 110% after 11 yrs. Over the years my experience with Dr. Ayers has been wonderful and I would probably come back to him even if I moved 500 miles away.

Having had the experience of Dr. Ayres through several different orthopedic procedures there is not another orthopedic doctor, as far as I am concerned, like him. His demeanor and concern for a patient are unmatched. There is not another doctor that I have as much trust in as I do with Dr. Ayres. I thank the Lord that I had found him years ago when I first started having orthopedic issues. To answer the lead question absolutely would I recommend him to family and friends.

I have known him for 20 years and in that time he has helped me with many orthopedic problems. He is a very caring and highly skilled surgeon. He is also good at giving advice about other medical concerns--a good listener!
in Ellenton, FL |
He is a very caring and does not push surgery unless necessary. Have recommended friends to him and they have also been satisfied with the care of this fine Doctor.

DR. Ayes, thirteen years ago did a hip replacement that allowed me to enjoy my life with out any pain. He answered any questions, instructed me on what was best to make sure I would have long lasting results. Well,I have those results. He knew I was worried and and nervous about the surgery. Him and his staff made sure I was Informed and made comfortable. I would tell anyone this was a really good situation for me and I will always be greatful to him for his work and professionalism.

Dr. Ayres performed knee surgery on both my husband and myself. We both had excellent results. After seeing how well we did, friends of ours also had Dr. Ayres do knee surgery on them with the same great results. We feel Dr. Ayres is a top surgeon and would recommend him to anyone.m

My experience with Doctor Ayers has been over 10 years. Doctor is a very caring Professional doctor;I recommend him to any one who needs any kind of orthopedic problems and treatment. He did my two knees surgery., and every think as great.
in Sun City, FL |
Dr. Ayers took my case when another doctor thought I was fine. He fixed my knee and then went on to correct my botched hip. He is a fine doctor and a gentleman.
in Bradenton, FL |
I met with Dr. Ayres to discuss problems with both knees. After some tests he discussed my options and reviewed all the pros and cons. I had complete confidence in him and had my right knee replaced in August 2015 and my left knee in February 2016. I also had PT at Coastal Orthopedics. I am 100% satisfied with both surgeries and Dr Ayres. He is easy to talk with and exhibits what you would expect from your doctor. He shows compassion, and genuine concern for the patient.
in Bradenton, FL |
Dr Ayers did both my right and left hip. When I discovered my left hip was going out as my right had done I refused to go to any another Dr than Dr Ayers as he had done such a great job on my right hip and I wanted the same quality of craftsmanship. I would recomend this professional and all his staff at 5 stars to everyone. To me they are second to none.
