I had a tummy tuck and breast lift with implants done last year. Dr Alspaugh is very real and honest giving you the best advice to make your decision. He spends the time with you without feeling rushed and answers all your questions very well to make the best decision for yourself. The staff is always friendly and nice. I’ve never had any issues with his staff and absolutely love them. I recently did a swap for bigger implants and had the same great experience. I highly recommend him.

I selected Dr. Alspaugh based on my research and two recommendations. After meeting him and his staff I knew I made the right decision. All were so nice, respectful and sensitive to why you were there. He even welcomed my husband in on the consultation. I had two procedures done, mini facelift and tummy-tuck. Am very happy with both procedures. My only regret, I wished I would've done this sooner.

He was so supportive of me and what I was going through, he made me feel so comfortable and beautiful...even though I was going through a very hard time...???? He is awesome!!!!

He's rude, screwed up my reconstruction causing me to have several extra surgeries and before you are done recovering he sues you for chump change-even though he was paid thousands. Staff nice, Alspaugh is awful.

Dr. Alspaugh recently performed my Upper Blepharoplasty & Brow Lift. Dr. A took as much time as I needed for him to answer lots of questions and concerns about the procedure. He was so patient & not only answered them in a way that I understood, he was still so patient when I asked him, basically, the same question twice. Going into surgery, I completely trusted his expertise. The results are so much more than I could have expected. I have & will continue to recommend him to everyone!
