My experience is like the others! We as patients are told the risks of surgery. If the surgery comes out ok then the doctor gets all the kudos. In my case it did not turn out all that good. The surgery did help where i originally had my issue. However my back is now hurting where my surgery was performed. I'm not blaming him for the surgery results but for his attitude toward me. It seems to be my problem and I can go back to work in pain. In other words go back to your primary dr.

Dr. Aldridge has terrible inter personal skills -- he doesn't explain conditions, is abrupt and generally rude. My appointment with him was also a total waste, he simply referred me to another orthopaedist for a clear orthopaedic issue. Even though he offered me nothing helpful during the appointment, he still made clear that I had to pay my copay and that he was going to bill my insurance. A total waste. Heed others advice, and seek another orthopaedic practitioner.

Since having children, I have had alot of pain in my lower back. I finally decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Aldridge after attending a lecture in Williamsburg. When I came in for my appointment, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I recently had a SI Fusion and am already feeling so much better.

Dr Aldridge performed a discectomy on my spine. After my surgery I was having more pain and discomfort. Told me was ok and released me back to full duty. Of course he works for the insurance company! I was not granted a second opinion so I went and got them myself. To my dismay, other doctors told me that he made mistakes during surgery and one neurosurgeon referred to him as a backyard mechanic. I suffer everyday and just want my voice heard to anybody thinking of spinal surgery with Dr Aldridg

My husband, a stroke survivor, suffered a fall and compression fracture of the back. after admission to the hospital, Dr Aldrich was recommended to him. After a full day's work, he performed Kyphoplasty on the T12 vertabra, a miracle procedure that allowed my husband to come home for Christmas pain free. With two previous fractures, he spent a week in the hospital and three weeks in rehab, in pain every day. We both highly recommend him, and are most thankful that he was there for us.

My dad, who received a medical procedure from Dr. Aldridge for a torn meniscus, ended in a severe infection. After the surgery my dad kept telling Dr. Aldridge that something was not right. He was in excruciating pain and his knee was very swollen. My dad told him and his nurse practitioner several times that they needed to help him and that something was wrong. He ignored my dad
