I was diagnosed with a melanoma on the left side of my nose earlier this year and was referred to Dr. Cohen by my primary care physician. During my first visit, Dr. Cohen explained in great detail what needed to be done to remove the melanoma & then scheduled the date for my surgery. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. My procedure also required that a skin graft be done. The skin graft healed perfectly and is barely noticeable at all, and this is after just 3 short months. I am convinced that I went to the very best doctor possible to help me through this medical issue. Thank you Dr. Cohen! I highly recommend Dr. Cohen and his staff for any of your dermatology needs. I was diagnosed with a basal cell on my nose in early January. Because I am leaving for three months, Dr. Cohen fit me in to his busy schedule to remove said cell. He has been my dermatologist for years and I cannot speak highly enough of the care he provides. I feel safe when he is operating on me. He is competent, skilled, and caring.

In these days of hurried and sometime superficial service, I was most pleasantly surprised by the open and informative professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Cohen and his staff. Medical procedures can be anxiety-provoking. In my case, the level of skill and caring shown made my experience with Dr. Cohen gave me assurance that i was receiving care of the highest order.

I began seeing Dr. Cohen about 2 years ago. He's not one to over prescribe or sell a cosmetic service. He's very thorough in considering the concerns and offering appropriate options. Dr. Cohen is generous with his time and expertise. I feel completely confident in his recommendations and his work. He's committed to his field and an expert in the industry.

I went to him for an amazing laser resurfacing treatment after he removed a complicated skin cancer on my husband's nose and stitched it beautifully with a flap. From my research, he is one of only a few physicians that teaches laser resurfacing to other physicians all over the world. He showed me photos of patients that he himself treated, and offered me to speak to other patients who had the same procedure. He gave me copies of several of the articles he has published. Lip lines are gone.

I am now six weeks out from ablative laser surgery done by Dr. Cohen. First, I would like to say I am a special education teacher with a limited income, and Dr. Cohen made it possible for me to have this surgery done. He was kind, empathetic, and an absolute master at what he did. My daughter was so impressed with Dr. Cohen's work on my face, and his kind bedside manner, she will be writing a review as well. My skin looks unbelievable! I am so happy! I highly recommend Dr. Cohen!

I have been to many dermatologists over the years (I'm 87) and my experience at About Skin" is the best ever. If I ever need more care, I will return to Denver and "About Skin" for treatment. Previous surgeries have gone well and the scarring on my nose is almost imperceptible ..... nice. Ed Sievers, Windsor Gardens, Denver, CO
