Dr. Magno cares deeply about her patients and does not pass the buck when things don't go right. She tells it like it is and won't let hospitals or their staff or anyone else get out of the things they are responsible for. Her staff has the same caring attitude toward her patients as well. Sometimes there is a little waiting time but she is well worth it. Trust her completely and she will clearly answer any question you ask so that you can understand it.
