I went to Dr. Coker in the spring to have a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Not only was she super informative, but she walked me through every step of the entire process and got rid of any fear I had. She is a lovely woman with a great sense of humor, very educated and certainly amazing at what she does. Her office staff is also equally wonderful and the waiting time is never more than 15 minutes at the office. I decided to write this review after referring a friend here. If you are looking for an amazing doctor, Dr. Croker is your girl!

Dr. Coker and this practice are a little too cavalier about how expensive their services are. Dr. Coker told me 'I'm just going to take a look at your sinuses' and the next thing I know, I have a $400 bill sent to my insurance, $300 of which I had to pay out of pocket. She also downplayed how extensive the process is for getting migraine treatments wasting my time by sending me to one of her colleagues who was an arrogant and condescending.

I went to see Dr. Coker because my general practitioner thought my swollen glands might be something else. Dr. Coker looked at them and decided I needed a biopsy. The results of the biopsy, which were malignant, was left on my voicemail. I was basically told I had chronic lymphocyte leukemia on the voicemail. She then put the results of the biopsy in the mail, still without talking to me directly. So my wife opens the mail and is told I have cancer through a letter. She offered no referrals for an oncologist, just a listing from Christiana Care's website. This is not how you handle telling a patient they have cancer.

Dr Croaker is by far the best ENT doctor I have ever had. I recently moved to Delaware and she was recommended to me by my primary care physician. She’s through knowledgeable and explains your condition in detail. Her staff is very professional courteous and friendly I highly recommend her!

Today was my first visit with Dr Coker and found her excellent. Her exam room staff were great (Latesha & Shawnee??). My only disappointment was the wait time....45 minutes past my appointment time before I was taken. Doctor has ordered some test. I am hopeful my issues will be quickly resolved. Considering it was my first visit, I will reserve my 5 star rating for later.

I set an appointment here because of doctor Coker’s reviews. Boy was I disappointed in the experience at this practice. Surprisingly poor attitude from the staff. I waited so long I felt they forgot about me so inquired and was taken back by the aggressive responses from two different people. What??? Bottom line is I was treated very poorly at this practice so requested my co-pay be returned to me. Haha they actually seemed happy to return my money and lose a new patient.

My daughter and I see Dr. Coker, and I can't articulate how amazing she is. Not only is she the best ENT I've seen (and I've seen quite a few), but the way she interacts with her patients makes you feel like family. She is thorough, she's patient, she's knowledgeable, articulate, she listens, I mean, I can't speak highly enough about her. Not only her, but her staff is phenomenal as well. Overall, great care to be under. I have referred her to my family, who are also now patients.

Did not have the opportunity to see Dr Coker who came highly recommended. I called the office to set up an appointment and it appears the receptionist was having trouble with their "new system". I was placed on hold 3 times and had to give my information each time. The final hold time was without notice and that is when I hung up. I understand that the process, but putting me on hold and not even asking is where I draw the line. I would have been a new patient, but her front office ruined that

Took time to listen and explain diagnosis. Compassionate & genuine. Hands down the best doctor I have seen in this practice. The others I saw here were incompetent & actually made stuff up! Diagnosing things w/o having the actual info 2 do so! I wish she did surgery as she's the only I'd go back to & I only found her due to positive Health grades here...which as with all things take with a grain, as the other drs were rated highly but in my situations did not handle diagnosis right nor cared.

I had a deviated septum caused by a childhood injury which became life threatening due to other age related problems. I knew I needed the procedure if I was to have a better quality of life but was afraid. From the moment I walked into Dr. Coker's office the staff was very friendly. Dr. Coker put me at ease and assured me she could correct my problem. She performed the procedure with minimum discomfort to me. One year later my health has improved. Great Doctor and staff. Highly recommend.

I enjoy Doctor J Corker, she seems to be very honest and assure of her work. I like her joy of her making the visits fun, even when the medical report is not something you wanted to hear. Dr.Corker take the time to listen to how you feel. I like talking face to face with my doctor and she gives me that. From what I gather, I have to have surgery on my throat. I'm not happy about it, but as long the surgery is done by Dr. Corker I know that I'm in good hands. Dr.Corker is the BEST! No joke!
