Dr. Rai himself is a good doctor and very easy to get along with. His staff on the other hand, completely clueless. On top of it, his wife manages the office and she is as rude as they come and makes the office completely unorganized. I would recommend Dr. Rai ONLY if you can wait hours on end and...more

He did what he wanted to do not what was requested of him. His office staff were very belligerent and when I called for required follow up appt I was screeched at to pay what insurance EOB's dictated I was expected to owe even though the practice Never sent me any bills or statements!
