No stars are appropriate in my opinion. The office staff makes mistakes and has to be constantly checked on. The wait can be many hours. No apologies are made. Doctor can run 1-2 hours behind. You might be with an ARNP without warning and not even see a doctor. Agree with others opinions: "it's like a co-pay mill, see as many patients as they can in one day just to get co-pays and insurance payments from patients."Use caution I was overprescribed medication that almost lead to liver failure.

Dr. Valenti is compassionate and caring. She is highly trained and gives her patients excellent care along with knowledge of new medical advances in her field. Her bedside side manner is strong, yet genuine empathy and understanding display her dedication to helping her patients regain a heathy life. Highly recommend!

Dr Valenti does not seem to be a very caring doctor. Never returned my calls even when she said she'd call me back with some information about a specific medical issue. The office staff are beyond cold and uncaring. I went twice thinking the first visit was an off day. I have since found a new doctor. The whole experience felt like it was a patient mill - get as many co-pays as possible in a day.

Thanks to Dr. Valenti for listening to my concerns about an unusual symptom and taking extra precautions with my care. By ordering an ultrasound to be performed during my annual mammogram visit, a cancerous tumor was found very early. It did not show up on a regular or 3D mammogram or upon physical exam, but, thankfully, was caught early by the ultrasound and now I cancer free!

In my humble opinion…….this is probably the worst kind of medical care that exists. Although Dr. Valenti is good at projecting a personable and confident image it does not translate into competency. When management changed, about two years ago, patients suffered as the internal office conflicts played out in the quality of care patients received. SO here’s the truth, if you need her she is not there. If there’s something she can’t figure out, you then become the problem. THIS IS TERRIBLE CARE.

Not impressed. After completing the required new patient paperwork and discussing my health and prescriptions, Dr. Valenti submitted an inaccurate prescription to my mail order pharmacy for my blood pressure med. She submitted dosage of 100mg rather than the 50mg that I am on. If I had not noticed the wrong mg on the bottle I could have had a serious drop in blood pressure if I had taken this. She also had a nurse call me to prescribe a Boniva type med when I advised I was allergic! Not good
