Wonderful doctor!
My wait time was minimal. All the techs ran tests that were appropriate in a timely manner. Dr. Tsong reviewed the tests and performed an exam. He is pleasant, easy going and puts you at ease. Very professional, clean offices. I recommend him highly.

Excellent Doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. Tsong's for a number of years. I have always found him to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring. What I appreciate is that he really listens to his patients answering any questions they may have. I have recommended others to him and they all have the same reaction--he is a great doctor.

Unclear reasons for photo treatment
As I told you during my exam, there are now two potential photo "treatments" and I did not know which one was referenced when asked if I wanted a photo or to be dilated. Any treatment should be tailored to the patient, so I asked why I was given the choice. Was one better than the other for my particular condition? The response was "I don't know" or various versions of that phrase. This photo treatment was new and I had been treated before with photo imaging. Was this different, or new? Nobody indicated that changes had been made. No medical reason was given for either choice except that it cost $60. Frankly, making a decision based on cost is a lose-lose situation. You acknowledged this systemic failure and I accept that something will be done to improve this situation. I look forward to my next visit to consider my glaucoma prognosis.

Quick check in and friendly reception. Arrived early and was taken in immediately. Technician was informative, professional and efficient. Dr. Tsong is always very personable and professional. Bright, efficient and friendly physician
Dr Tsong's receptionists were friendly and welcoming. After a very efficient check in, I waited in the waiting area for about 2 minutes and then met my Tech, who was also efficient and friendly. In fact, every tech I worked with has a bright, positive attitude, explaining all tests, removing my nervous worry. Dr Tsong examined my eyes and reviewed all tests and explained all to me thoroughly If you are in the market for an ophthalmologist, I highly recommend Dr Tsong, you can't go wrong with Dr Tsong!
