Dr. Pruitt was decent the first visit, on the second I was given extremely condescending remarks to my questions. He was aggressive and very rude. Dr. Pruitt would not explain anything and when asked to, he told me to Google something (which if he had been listening would have known that was not a fitting diagnosis. But was it a diagnosis? Who knows, he didn’t say). The med student (who did a lovely job, great job AU Med School!) even commented on Dr Pruitt’s anger and that they also didn’t understand what just happened. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional.

I chose him for my neurologist after observing how he treated my elderly brother during office visits and provides the same sensitive care for me. After he discovered that my brother was hospitalized for a non-neurological reason...he paid him a visit JUST BECAUSE. My family loves this man!

The first two visits were fine, but on the 3rd, he had changed...He was very aggressive and had no bedside manners on my last visit. Seemed like he was putting on a show in front of his intern at the time. No one should have to deal with someone like this.

He listens to his patients and goes above and beyond to help them with the problems that ails each patient. What impressed me the most is how he treats each patient as a person, not a number of a $$. He genuinely cares about each and every one of us.
