I love this place. everyone is so nice an Dr. Hackney is the best. Elizabeth is the best omg words cant explain. Tashia is very nice and always answer all question. Nereyda is wonderful and always reply asap. Robert at the front desk is very nice and fast. Also the young lady who makes the new pt appt is very nice.

I have tried for WEEKS to talk to someone in the ioffice about changing an appointment, I have left me number several times, but noone returns my call. It is earlier to get ahold of someone in the Kremelin,

Great experience over all. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and all staff was wonderful! Dr.Hackney was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. Would definitely recommend!

Not looking good so far, person setting up my appointment wasn’t friendly, almost an hour after my appointment time before I saw the doctor, nurse was great, doctor was loud and I didn’t understand most of what he said as he talked like I already know the details of treatment. He even asked me what I wanted to do, even though he had given no guidance or opinion on what he thought I should do. I told him I thought a ct would be helpful in figuring out how to move forward. To cap it off, here it is almost a week later and the place the doctor was going to send me for a ct still has not received the paperwork on it.

Dr. Hackney got me in very quickly which was awesome because other local urologists have a 4-6 week wait. He described my condition very clearly and gave me all my options, both surgical and non surgical. I wanted to move forward with surgery and he was able to add me on the schedule very promptly. He was very friendly, thorough, and described my condition in a way I could understand. His office is new and staff friendly. Highly recommend.
