Patient Comments (4)
in Warren, Michigan |
Dr. Wiater explains everything so I can understand it. Never feel rushed. He answers all my questions every time.
in Royal Oak, MI |
I found Dr. Wiater very rude; he took a personal phone call in the middle of our appointment. He does not listen; he told me to ride a bicycle for exercise after I told him I had pain when sitting. He is disrespectful of his patients' time; I made the first appointment of the day at 8:30 and was not seen until 10:30. There was no explanation or apology. When I told him I had severe pain when sitting and I just sat in his waiting room for two hours, he told me that I could leave any time.
in Sterling Heights, MI |
Dr. Waiter is good old school doctor. Front office staff is intolerable. Rude is an understatement. Never follow through with what they are supposed to do. Awful.
Detroit, MI |
Dr. Wiater takes time with Patient to discuss, answer questions, hold conversation, etc...He walks in to exam room, takes a seat as one feels that Dr. Wiater is here to see me, not rush through an appointment.
