When someone goes for medical attention, of course they don’t feel well. At some places your first interaction is with a receptionist with an attitude. Things usually go downhill from there. Not at this office. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and that they really care about you. Friendly is important, but they all seem knowledgeable. Never sitting around alone very long. Efficient. Clean. Questions answered fully with patience. Cannot say enough good about Dr Schwartz and the staff. Oh, and the cortisone shot he recommended seems to be working!
