I had a full right knee replacement on May 8th. 2017. I was approved to drive my vehicle two weeks later, I was playing a round of golf in eight weeks, and was playing pickleball 12 weeks after surgery. If you do all your pre surgery physical therapy, and work hard on your physical therapy at home and twice per week with your therapist, this can also be your outcome. He also did my wife's hip and that also turned out perfect. Around our house we refer to Dr. Russell as "The Magic Man".
