Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs. Lots of energy. Not much waiting time. Went from checking in to seeing lady and weighing to xrays back to waiting room, seeing doctor and checking out pretty fast.

My son has an angular fracture in his wrist and they wanted him in a "mobile cast" 4 weeks after he broke it, they told him to "move his wrist around daily" , even though the x-rays still showed his wrist was broken clearly through. When I questioned this as he still has an "S" in his wrist from the fracture and in pain, I was told "it may always be there depending on how it heals" this was said to a mother with not a concern in the world. The employees are RUDE & the doctors are incompetent.

Is not competent. Houghston Clinic in Dublin was rude to us all 3 times we were there. Their treatment made our sons recovery longer. They also did not provide proper treatment. Had to go to another doctor to get proper treatment. They did not explain anything they were doing and tried to charge us instead of billing the insurance

I was very impressed the minute I met Dr. Richter. He had a smile on his face & made me fee comfortable wit what was needed to be done. He explained everything to were I could understand & let me ask questions. The early morning of surgery before the surgery started Dr. Richter wanted to have prayer & I so appreciated knowing I had a Godly man as my doctor. I really think a lot of Dr. Richter due to his demeanor!

We found everyone at the practice very professional. We got excellent treatment from the doctor. I feel like we came as patients to a new doctor and when we left, we left friends. Instead of being afraid of our visits, we KNEW that were are getting excellent advice. My husband and I both have orthopedic problems...I would recommend my friends and relatives to Dr. Richter!
