Underwent a rotator repair with biceps tenodesis in June 2016. Immediately after surgery I was practically pain free. The worst of recovery was easily managed with a bit of Tylenol. Can't recommend Dr. Mathis enough if you are in need of orthopedic care. Nine months post surgery I have regained full range of motion and I'm pain free.

I had my 5th knee surgery done by Dr. Mathis. He did the best job out of the 3 doctors to operate on my knees. I only wish he was in my insurance plans network. I just injured my shoulder and I believe I'm going to need surgery right away and I REALLY wanted Dr. Mathis to do the procedure. He is an awesome surgeon and a great person in general. His staff is awesome also!

We have had multiple broken bones with our three boys and ALWAYS take them to see Dr. Mathis. He is great with them and helps explain things to me that I understand.
