At first he explained things well but post- op, he did not round to check on me for 2 days! Then at post op check- up he forgot to do a checkUp laryngoscopy, yet wrote a report indicating he had done one reporting damaged vocal cords. An independent laryngoscopy found I had normally functioning vocal cords. He demonstrated further lack of attention to detail in removing stitches incompletely and not referring me to another specialist in a timely manner.

Dr Lough was very pleasant and did procedure well. However the scheduling is atrocious! Made my 96 year old father a 1:00 appointment so to be right after lunch. When we arrived there were SIX people with 1:00 appointments. We waited 50 minutes. Totally disrespectful.

I came to this office after two visits to urgent care, two rounds of steroids and one of antibiotics to treat a sinus infection. I continued to have symptoms including dizziness, congestion, and clogged ears. When I told the doctor this, he said "I don't treat dizzy", though his technician said " of course he does". As it turned out she helped me more than the doctor did. The doctor's only recommendation was to "just don't think about it and you'll be okay". I was very insulted!

Dr. Lough impressed me - but not favorably. 1st, he is young & has yet to learn that God gave him two ears & one mouth with the intent that he use them proportionately. He would ask me a question, then keep talking & not allow me to answer. Second, he had the wrong patient's papers. Third, once he got the right papers, he did not read the reason I wrote down for my visit & didn't realize the real complaint until we were nearly done, then just dismissed me with a script. Worthless visit!

Don't waste your time with this office, i sent over a referral 2 weeks ago and have called 3 times to ask when I could schedule. Today they finally come back on the line after 10 Minutes of holding saying they are no longer taking new patients and will be shredding my information. When they were when they took my referral 2 weeks ago. Sounds like they just want to take people's personal information! WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Glad I am not being seen ther after seeing no the terrible reviews anyway!

I thought Dr. Lough was awesome! I had serious sinus infections for many months prior to my appointment! I was sick ALL the time!I I was scared of getting sinus surgery so I was avoiding the doctor! Dr. Lough is really nice and made my experience great! I had a huge polyp removed and now im breathing great and my surgery went well also! I thought he did a great job and im glad I just finally feel better! Well worth it!
