Great neurosurgeon! Performed a procedure called an STA-MCA bypass perfectly. Staff at his office are amazing and very friendly. Before surgery, I was given a number to call whenever I needed guidance or help pre and post op. They were always quick to get back to me and I felt like I was very well taken care of.

Dr. Johnson is amazing! I have brain tumors called meningioma, it was causing me to lose my vision. I went through a few neurosurgeons before him and they would tell me where the tumor was located surgery will by too complex. Dr. Johnson preformed my surgery and it was a success! He is young but very competent, friendly, cares about his patients and is extremely patient. Thanks to him I can see again. Wonderful doctor, I would totally recommend him!

Dr. Johnson has a great bed side manner and compassion. I came into his office in extreme pain and needed emergency surgery for a L5 herniated disk. He and his staff did everything that they could to make my visit and surgery a good experience if you have to be in the hospital! I would recommend him as a top surgeon in San Antonio Texas. Also my scar is almost invisible 2 months out of surgery.

This was an incredibly difficult experience for me and my family. Dr. Johnson and his team were absolutely incredible every step of the way and I just can not thank them enough!! I owe my life to them! The thought of all the hours they spend away from their own family to take care of us will never be forgotten. They are all gifts from God and so incredibly appreciated! Myself and my family thank you and your team from the bottom of our hearts.

Doctor Johnson went above and beyond ensuring a successful surgery, recovery, and my well being I have ever seen from any physician I have ever seen. Beyond that the reassurance given that he would be monitoring my full recovery even after leaving the hospital shows the passion he has for his patient. My wife is also very grateful to him and the entire team for explaining every detail in depth. May GOD bless him and his team.

Dr Johnson appeared at midnight during an extremely stressful and frightening period in our lives. He was calming and reassuring as he explained the procedure, including all risks, and reassured us that everything was being done to save my sister from the unacceptable results of her massive stroke. We were prepared for the worst. After an almost 3 hour wait , she returned to ICU able to converse and move her left arm, leg and facial features- a smile!.
