in Collegeville,Pa. |
So I've read the 2 reviews and have to differ, not saying anything bad about the reviews, but My experience was great! The staff was very caring & professional! And because I had a bad experience with another hospital,I wanted a second opinion and found that Dr.Simmons was very thorough, compassionate and professional! I feel she was a straight shooter and takes her job very seriously,so I trust her opinion with my health completely thanks to friends that referred me to Einstein Women's Center!

She is very professional, but her staff is very rude. They do not seem to care, they don't have compassion and empathy for patients. I really regret having her as my only option in my town.
in Blue Bell, PA |
At the office visit she asked why there were no bee-bees at the time of my mammogram. Then, She suggested that it was the patient's responsibility to request bee-bees from the mammogram technician rather than acknowledging the technician's responsibility at the time of my mammogram at Einsteins's Women's Center. She spoke very little and made little eye contact which when she did, her facial expression was interpreted as that of disgust. There was no comment re: Dr. Sugar ( my former doctor)
