I arrived for my first appointment with dr. jones and after 40 minutes was taken back and worked up and then told there were 3 people ahead of me. I was told to return to waiting area. I told them I would wait 30 minutes and then leave. Shortly after a nursing supervisor came out and informed me the dr. was running 2 1/2 hours behind. I asked by I wasn't called before I drove an hour to get there? She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said I was never coming back. Office totally mismanaged. So inappropriate to not inform patients of scheduling problems. Shame on them!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Jennifer Jones is a wonderful doctor in all respects. Her bedside manner and her optomistic personality , is a pleasure. Her diagnostic expertise and knowledge are amazing traits usually not found in a doctor practicing in a small southern area.
