Initial visit was very short. She did not take my symptoms seriously. The endoscopy was rushed and I was never briefed or got a call back. I had to call for results and was told it was just stress causing my pain.

No follow up after a procedure!
I had an endoscopy done and could not get the lab results for over 1 month. I made multiple calls to the office only to be told the results weren't back. Finally I went to the facility where it was done and got my labs and notes. The results were dated 2 days post procedure!!! It's the MD's responsibility to keep track of their pt's and discuss a follow up treatment plan. If this happened to me it's probably happened to other pt's. I feel this MD could use some tips on improving her bedside manner as well as a plan to keep better track of her patients.

Cold, condescending, and impersonal. Worst interaction I've ever had with a doctor. I left the office feeling scared and confused. She didn't leave any room for me to ask questions. See someone else.

I have been seeing Dr. Brenner for over 4 years now and she is patient and caring. I have had two colonoscopies by her and as unpleasant as that procedure can be, she and her staff did the best to alleviate as much of the unknown as possible. I have had bad experiences in the past with other doctors and I am so happy to have found her.

Just like another person on here, I was seen and immediately told it was psychological. I was also quizzed about any medical issues that I’m not telling her willingly- like I was lying. Very condescending.

Office visit was fine. Everything about the colonoscopy experience was dreadful. Luckily, I already had two colonoscopies by other doctors in other locations so I know the treatment was abnormally awful.

I had a great experience with Dr. Brenner. I reccomend seeing her. I havn't been to a Gastro doc for many years. I have Crohn's disease & it has been in remission for years. Needed to have the over 50 colonoscopy. For something so icky - Dr. Brenner was kind, listened to my concerns and professional.

Atrocious; I’ve had to see many Drs in my last 7 years and she is among the top worst based on my first visit she sent me out the door running. I didn’t know Drs could conduct themselves so inappropriately. With her demeanor I’m surprised she isn’t working the drive through. It must be nice to still get pain if you can’t do your job! as many say to Drs: just because you can’t figure the issue out doesn’t make it psychological, it makes you an inept doctor.

Absolutely 0 stars given to this Dr. but Google requires at least 1 to post. I've never had such an unprofessional experience with both the "doctor" and her staff. I've been having gastrointestinal problems for the last 4 years and I've come to realize I fall into that category of people with mystery illness which really translates to auto-immune disorders. I actually don't fault the doctors here, I think their testing methods are not sensitive enough to see the problems going on with health the

All the negative reviews are accurate. Dr Brenner seems bored/miserable & is extremely reticent. My consult was 5 min.($254!) & she mumbled something I couldnt understand & left. I had questions that went unasked. My blood was tested for celiac (negative) & I was given a colonoscopy. (all clear). So why do I keep having problems?I think food allergy/gall bladder function testing could have been considered instead of dropping the ballNow I have to find another dr&pay a huge sum for another consult

Have been fighting a cough for a few years and was sent by my internist to Dr Brenner who did seveal tests on me and told me nothing was wrong. Went to other types of doctors trying to figure out cough. An ent sent me to a different gastologist who diagnosed me with LPR. PPI's dont work. Lower esphagus was not working well. Had a Linx surgery and am like new again. If you feel strongly that something isnwrong with your esphagus think about seeing an ENT as well.

Do not suggest going to Dr. Brenner at all. You will never get a call from her period! I got a CT scan and kept following up to see my results and took a month for her assistant to give me a call. I had a urine test done which had specifics on how to take care of it and they messed that up. Instead of trying to figure out what is wrong with me my doctors just keeps prescribing meds, wouldnt you think it might be beneficial to not just drug someone up without knowing whats wrong?
