Terrible office management, wonderful Doctor. They are not transparent in their pricing, very expensive. An in-office procedure should not cost you almost $700 out of pocket without them at least providing that information beforehand so you can discuss alternatives. Then the office manager tells you oh well, they are specialized Dr’s, they’re expensive. Bad answer. What happened to do no harm? If Dr. Bergeron ever leaves I would visit her again, but never at this office. Be carefully.

Dr Bergeron works in San Antonio. She is an amazing doctor. She listens intently to me and is always up to speed on notes from prior visits. She seems to deeply care, and takes the time to help with anything she can, even if not directly related to her specialty. She explains her thinking very clearly and has conversations rather than dictating. I see a lot of doctors, and she's by far the best.

Dr. Bergeron is now with the Voice & Swallowing Institute of Texas in San Antonio. I visited her office because I was losing my voice due to Gerd and a very bad case of Gastritis. I learned more from 10 minutes with Dr. Bergeron than I did in all my visits with other specialists! She recommended I follow a very specific diet. I followed the diet for 3 months and my voice came back! She explained about my condition and how to improve it. I was amazed at the results and how quickly I recovered!

The front office staff and nurse were so efficient and friendly. What a breathe of fresh air. They took me in to the office within minutes and the nurse and doctor came in immediately following. The exam was thorough.
