Useless place. Maybe Dr Agnew is a nice person but I got VERY little feedback. Noone told me what kind of MRI this was about (defecography!). The patronizing nurse practitioner was "explaining" AT me...like a lecture...did not listen to me....in a hurry (I had pain) ..and after the MRI I had to ASK for a follow up. Unnecessary 50-60 forms.to fill out (come on!) ....too many phone calls back and forth (incl. the Radiology Place) just to get a simple answer about this MRI. No preparation...NOTHING.......USELESS...yes. Later on I met a very fine colo rectal surgeon at another location. She talked TO me.

I was crying when I came in. At the end of my rope after seeing a doctor whose bedside manner left a lot to be desired. They got my in about an hour after I called for an appointment, calmed me down and did a quick in-office procedure. From the front desk staff to Suzanne, the nurse practitioner, to Dr. Agnew––everyone here is kind, knowledgeable, patient and incredible. Five stars. If you are suffering, call them.

Dr. Agnew performed my mom’s surgery, which gave her a new lease on life. Dr. Agnew is a wonderful Dr. She is kind, compassionate, and extremely capable. She made my mom feel comfortable with a very embarrassing situation. Also if you want a doctor that returns your calls promptly and is consistently reliable, Dr. Agnew is the doctor for you.

Wonderful bedside manner from both the assistants and Dr. Agnew. She took her time and explained everything to me. She answered all my questions and really helped me with what I should do moving forward. Very knowledgeable, caring and kind. I will def use her for when I may need her in the future. As a new patient I only waited about 20 mins as well.

Saw Dr Agnew today..horrific agonizing painful.....no explanation for my issues..UNCARING STAFF FORCING MY BODY IN A POSITION THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR MY SPINE! THERE WAS A BUG CRAWLING UNDER ME ON THE EXAM TABLE!!!! DISGUSTING!
