All procedures with Dr Lee have gone well! Especially my carpal tunnel Syndrome has totally disappeared. Great hand specialist!
Teaneck, NJ |
Horrible office manager in the Closter office. Refused to cast my daughter's broken arm telling me to "find another doctor". completely unprofessional to deny medical care to a pediatric patient in pain with full insurance benefits.

AWFUL office staff. Office manager in the Closter office to "FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR" for my 14 year old daughter with a broken wrist when I tried to make an appointment and refused to give my social security number over the phone. Completely unprofessional, use ANY OTHER DOCTOR.

Dr. Lee has an excellent bedside manner. With his many years experience, he was able to assess the situation immediately. I could not continue treatment with him only because my insurance would not cover the expensive test and I had no funds for it. I also moved out of state and am in a different plan. I do plan to return to him when I get other insurance.

He saved my traumatic amputated thumb!!
in Rochelle Park, NJ |
Unfortunately I was unable to see Dr. Lee. His office refused to schedule an appointment unless my social security number and full details were provided over the phone. They would not allow me to provide them in person and stated that their system would not allow the appointment process to continue unless every detail requested (name, age, full address, SS#, insurance, DOB) were provided over the phone.

Dr. Lee is an excellent clinician and a warm, caring person. He was attentive and kind. I would recommend him highly.
Dr Lee is fine. His office is a disaster. They are extremely rude. I had surgery a little more than a month ago and owe $610 that I got the bill for yesterday and they blocked me from a follow up visit or physical therapy. They won't work with me at all. They want full payment or nothing. Funny thing is the bill isn't even due. The surgical center upstairs is good. The staff is very friendly and thorough. Dr Lee gets a b+ from me but the office gets an F. I'm going elsewhere for my PT.

I would recommend him to anybody needed have surgery. He even has taken care of my husband and my cousin.
