Excellent office service and Dr. Rubin was an excellent physician.
    Philadelphia, PA |
Worst experience I ever had. After "evaluating" my injury for a total of 30 seconds, this doctor thought he knew what was wrong. Not only did he take less than 1 minute to assess what could be wrong, but he did not even ask me where I was hurting or what caused the pain. He was assessing the WRONG PART OF MY SHOULDER. Did not care to ask me questions at all.
Dear Patient, We sincerely apologize for your experience and would love the chance to speak with you directly to discuss your concerns in further detail. If interested, please contact us at 267-339-3689. Sincerely, Rothman Institute

I came in the first time with a lot of pain in my left knee. Dr. Rubin examined me gently, aware of my pain, yet thoroughly. I barely felt it when he injected me.
