Dr. Watson is fine, and seems to know his stuff. However, his appointments are always FAR behind schedule. I have NEVER waited for less that 2 hours AFTER my appointment time to be called back, and have NEVER waited less than three hours after my scheduled time to actually see the doctor. The staff is apologetic, but it's the same every time.

Dr. Watson is a great doctor! I had a work related injury that hasn't gone as planned! Dr. Wasting has listened to me vent and came up with the next step! His staff and PA Mr. Smith are amazing! For my age DR. Watson is doing everything he can in his power to take my pain away without doing a knee replacement! Thank you!

This was my first office visit and I must say I was very pleased. The staff were AWESOME. Such professionalism, but also made me feel as if I had been a patient for years. Everyone made eye contact and spoke or gave a friendly smile rather I dealt with them directly or not..Kudos

Dr. Watson seems and was very helpful. But unfortunately issues with his staff are the reason for the 2 stars. I was set to have surgery but was not given or explained all of the information about the surgery. Luckly it was caught the Friday before , told they had addressed it and all would ok and done day of surgery. Unfortunately that was not the case and in pre op I was told by a rude nurse it was canceled and given an exclamation that was very lacking. Dr. Watson didn't even speak to me.
