I was able to get a short-notice appointment with Dr. Steinhoff and I didn't wait very long at all in the lobby. He was courteous and very helpful. We were able to discuss my situation at length and he took care to really get a good idea of what I was concerned about. He's the first Dr. to spot an abnormality in my heart with a stethoscope alone. We came up with a good plan and he gave me clear recommendations for my next steps; is post visit writeup has been very helpful. As a bonus I brought a CD of my latest echocardiogram to his office later that day and he personally reviewed it just to double check what the radiologist had noted. That to me is real care.

I had a h horrible experience with Dr. Steinhoff and I believe he has endangered my life. He was rude and condescending from the first moment we met. I gave him a second chance. It was a fight to get him to take my problems seriously. He reluctantly ordered test. They took months to get done. He told me he found several problems with my heart but said I was fine and to come back in two years! When I ask him why he would not treat my heart conditions now, or do the surgery to repair my heart, he told me, that AFTER I HAVE A STROKE OR HEART ATTACK THEN HE WOULD DO THE SURGERY TO REPAIR MY HEART! I was in shock and had wasted several critical months trusting my health with this cruel man. He lied on my records and still refuses to give me the data from those test he took. I have been diagnosed by a different Doctor with a lack of blood flow to my brain, most probably caused by my heart conditions and seeking treatment. I have filed a formal complaint against Dr. Steinhoff.

I’m 26 and was rear ended by a large construction truck giving me 6 herniated disks in my back and neck which have brought with it a bunch of other issues such as my heart rate suddenly dropping and raising due to constant stress on my body. The first time I saw him I waited in the waiting room over an hour(the front desk deserves a one star review and a paragraph in itself) he prescribed me statin drugs for cholesterol before running tests. After pleading with him several times that there is something wrong he agreed to run some tests. I got a at home heart monitor and ekg’s and cat scans. It took about two weeks to book an appointment for results which I didn’t even get to see me doctor for. A random doctor came in and said “I’m not your doctor, i don’t know why they have me seeing you.” He proceeded to tell me all results looked fine and to go home. Fast forward a month and I’m in the ER with heart problems and couldn’t reach the doctor. They then said it’s my fault on hung up on me

My visit was very good . Staff was friendly and helpful , I was taken in to see the Dr very quickly . Dr was informative and very personable , and he spent time with me , I didn't feel like just a number .

Have been visiting this center for quite awhile now. Each time had been hassle free and informative. Dr Steinhoff has been the best physician I have had the pleasure to have for my healthcare needs. Honest and ready to answer any questions I may have. Not just one of those 'cookie cutter' Drs who seem to just want to get you out the door. My sincere thanks to both him and the clinic.

I have been seen by Dr. Steinhoff for several years and I simply think he is great. I completely trust his opinions, that’s saying a lot really as I went through an extensive heart surgery a few years back and really did not think I could feel this comfortable with anyone’s opinions anymore. Dr Steinhoff has changed that opinion, he is clean , well mannered , takes time to ask questions and listen yet prompt and smiles easily.

I am always impressed with this Doctor. He asks a lot of questions and really wants to know whats going on. I had a visit 6 months prior and my daughter had cancer and he remembered and ask how she was doing.
