Dr. Schopp performed a total knee replacement on my right knee on February 24. He visited with me shortly after the surgery and said everything went well. His advice to me was that he had done his part, now I needed to do my part by going through physical therapy and doing what they told me. I was in the hospital for 1 night and went home the next day. Physical therapy started on February 26. By February 27, I was walking (albeit slowly) without aid of a walker or cane. I had physical therapy 3 times a week and did what I was told to do. I completed the therapy in 5 weeks with essentially no pain the last week or 2 and I felt like I was completely recovered by 6 weeks. My final appointment with Dr. Schopp was on April 28 and he said everything looked good and he'd see again in 20 years. I'm very happy with Dr. Schopp and the physical therapy staff and can do things now that have been very painful for many years with no pain.

The care I received from Dr. Schopp and his staff was exceptional. I had a knee injury and had torn my ACL, MCL, and LCL-he took the time to explain to me what my options would be for the best possible outcome. I am beyond happy with my results! I ended up having a knee replacement and I am now pain free!

His arrogance and improper knee replacement has resulted in the past 8 years of misery and near total loss of mobility in my right leg.

I felt good about Dr. Schopps approach to my rotator repair & spur reduction & immediate aggressive therapy, however, after a few years my shoulder started getting a slight "nagging flicking" feeling that gradually kept getting worse. Now I'm going on 6 years post surgery due to that naand to my shock, an MRI shows the rotator ligament has been completely torn away.from the anchors. I'd like to discuss this w/ Dr. Schopp as he seemed to be a good caring Dr. But I've was told he moved to Colorado

I saw Dr. Schopp today for my 3rd Synvisc injection as my Dr was out of town. Dr. Schopp gave a great/painless injection! He prepped my knees and gave the injections just like Dr. Dan Adair did, so many times before. Dr. Schopp and his nurse, Chris, we're so nice and willing to answer my questions. Dr. Schopp shared with me that Dr. Adair had trained him. Was nice to experience Dr. Adair's techniques being carried on. I so appreciate Dr. Schopp seeing me today!
