I am an RN. I have been seeing Dr. Sawyer for many years. I continue with him because he listens to me, his diagnosis is right on, his treatment plans are logical and easy to follow. His office staff is easy to reach, kind and accommodating.

After reading other surveys I wanted to provide a review that denotes my experience with Dr Sawyer. I first saw the doctor a few years ago after a procedure by another ENT that resulted in complications. He was extremely helpful in my understanding of the complications and provided treatments that helped. He provided much needed peace of mind. He is very accommodating for appointments. He is pleasant to deal with and have seen him for other issues where his care is thorough and professional.
Willington, CT |
Does not listen and quick to treat symptoms without a diagnosis of the underlying problem. Will not go back.
South Windsor, CT |
Awful, Physician cannot read fear, or angst in a patient or family member. He is a bully. At a recent visit when my family member asked a question he actually positioned himself with his back to the family member and stated who is the doctor here me or you, who is running the show? He has not an inkling why a patient may need reassurance - such as a PCP has already stated the need to rule out cancer. Unethical, no empathy, character or filter, time to retire. Also steers patients for $ gain.
